Navigator Consulting to implement 4 Training Programmes in Cyprus

Updated: May 19, 2020

We are pleased to announce that four strategic training programmes have been approved in the first half of 2019 in Cyprus. These programmes are designed to improve the management capability of Cyprus SMEs to deal with key issues affecting their operations. Each programme includes a 2-day training programme followed by a 1-day consultancy visit.

The programmes in the first half of 2019 are:

Paphos, Cyprus: 5-6 February 2019

This programme examines how digital transformation initiatives can be delivered using a mix of project management techniques (agile, waterfall); project and team management tools (Asana, Bitrix 24) and other methods. It provides a tangible and results-oriented methodology for digital transformation.

Limassol, Cyprus: 20-21 March 2019

This programme reviews how innovative small enterprises and start-ups can plan and model their growth using online methods. This includes developing specific operational plans necessary for business planning, and relating these to financial requirements. It also includes growth hacking methods that can be applied at relatively low cost.

Nicosia Cyprus: 9-10 April 2019

This programme reviews how small enterprises can use technology to provide highly effective data analytics for customer segmentation, and develop a one-to-one marketing approach emphasizing a personalised approach, specific value propositions, and results monitoring.

Ayia Napa, Cyprus: 14-15 May 2019

This programme reviews how hotels and other tourism sector participants can adapt an integrated approach towards energy efficiency and sustainability. It reviews the requirements of certification programmes such as the LEED or Energy Star, and reviews different types of technologies adapted to different building or operations. The programme is technical in scope, and includes how to market sustainability to tourists.
